In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Membership of the xo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. xo4d strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for Indonesian players. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute do so at their own legal risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to a legal guardianship arrangement that restricts your contracting capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active Account on xo4d. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity under Clause 7.
• Non-Employee: Current employees of xo4d, its parent company, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings sharing a household) are not eligible to hold a Member account.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have submitted a self-exclusion request — whether via xo4d's own responsible gaming tools or via a national gambling self-exclusion scheme — are not eligible to register or maintain an account during the exclusion period.

To access the full range of xo4d services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
2. Account Credentials: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xo4d will never request your password through any communication channel.
3. Identity Verification (KYC): xo4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (KTP), passport, driving licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will be suspended pending verification.
4. One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, xo4d reserves the right to close all but the oldest account, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts.
5. Account Currency: All xo4d accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.
6. Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information up to date. xo4d is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to receive notifications due to outdated contact details.

xo4d supports a range of Indonesian Rupiah payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals fast, convenient, and cost-effective for members across Indonesia.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. xo4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• xo4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which xo4d accepts no liability.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers made during banking hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high network traffic or outside of WIB banking hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the xo4d Member Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• xo4d targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In practice, the majority of withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during WIB business hours (08:00–21:00 WIB).
• xo4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of a bonus wagering requirement, or investigation of a suspected Prohibited Activity.
• Members who have deposited via multiple payment methods may be required to withdraw proportionally to each method used, up to the deposited amount, before receiving the remainder via their preferred withdrawal method.

xo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause 5, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined bonus and qualifying deposit amount before any resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page. As a general guide: sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws contribute 100%; slot gacor (high-RTP slot titles) contribute 100%; live casino baccarat and roulette contribute 10%; and virtual sports contribute 50%.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the end of this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 10x (ten times) the original bonus amount.
• Abuse and Misuse: xo4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and permanently close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. This includes, but is not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome, using automated betting software, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on xo4d. Product-specific rules (for example, BRI Liga 1 football markets, togel draw rules, or live casino table rules) are published separately within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is accepted only when xo4d issues a confirmation and a bet reference number. In the event of a system error or interrupted connection, a bet not confirmed by reference number is deemed void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. xo4d reserves the right to adjust individual member stake limits based on betting patterns.
• Obvious Errors: xo4d reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a human or system error, even after the event has settled. "Obviously incorrect" means an odds figure that a reasonable person would identify as erroneous.
• Results and Settlements: All sports betting results are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 official standings). In the event of a discrepancy, xo4d's determination is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Member's internet connection is interrupted during a live casino session or slot game spin that has already been initiated, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled normally according to the game engine result. xo4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from connection issues.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 72 hours, market suspension due to suspicious activity, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account balance in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xo4d Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies with the abusive intent of exploiting promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xo4d staff, support agents, or other members.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while the deposited funds remain in your Account.

xo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of suspected Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Evidence that the Member is under the age of 21.

A Member who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the xo4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software code, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xo4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of xo4d. Unauthorized use of xo4d intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

xo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: xo4d uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and comply with legal obligations. xo4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, even if xo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xo4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or entirely error-free. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur with or without prior notice. The Company will endeavor to minimize disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows where practicable.

xo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members maintain control over their betting activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at no charge to all Members from within the Account settings area.

Where changes are material, xo4d will notify registered Members via a platform notification or registered email address no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xo4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with xo4d's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits xo4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Members acknowledge their personal responsibility for compliance with applicable laws in their country of residence, including Indonesia. xo4d makes no representation that the Platform or its contents are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
